Rabbits are easily managed in colonies. They do best on concrete or block floors where they can’t dig out, or when you can create a barrier around the exterior. Cat predation has been our biggest issue so to solve that, we fully enclosed their area in wire. Here’s my writeup on how we kept rabbits in a colony.

These garbage can feeders work well for rabbits with 4″ PVC elbows. I fed whole grains in 3 separate containers: whole oats, whole barley, field peas. This setup allows for feeding like 1-2x per year. 😁
